These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Cue and related services provided by PostBrew LLC through socialcognition.io and supported ChatGPT integrations.

Eligibility and accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You must be legally permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Cue to violate laws, harm others, or infringe rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service infrastructure.
• You remain responsible for your decisions, conversations, and offline interactions.

Service nature

Cue provides informational coaching and matching support. It is not legal, medical, or mental-health advice. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features may be billed as recurring subscriptions. Billing, cancellations, and plan changes are handled through the billing provider and may take effect at the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety, abuse, or fraud risk.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties, and PostBrew LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
